Conshultocracy was founded by Johan and Erica Hult - two experts who together have over 30 years of experience from banking, finance, and the public sector. We know what it takes to navigate complex organizations and regulatory requirements.
Johan Hult
Johan has spent over 20 years at the intersection of risk management, compliance, and regulatory affairs within the financial sector. His career includes strategic leadership roles at Nordea, BMW Financial Services, and Swedbank.
As Chief Business Risk Manager at Nordea (8+ years), Johan has led the work with operational risk and internal control. He has also served as Chairman of the KYC Evaluation Board and Secretary of the Non-Financial Risk Committee. At BMW Financial Services, he was CRO/CCO with responsibility for five countries plus the Baltics.
Johan combines academic foundation (Postgraduate Diploma in GRC from Oxford, Master's in Quality Management from Mid Sweden University 2025) with practical experience. In his spare time, he builds custom applications using AI-assisted development.

Erica Hult
Erica has over 15 years of experience from the public sector, with a focus on policy analysis, procurement, and governance within healthcare. She is currently a Faculty Administrator at Uppsala University (Medicine & Pharmacy).
Her career includes roles as Board Secretary and Analyst at Region Uppsala where she worked with procurement and healthcare providers, as well as Analyst at the Swedish Agency for Public Management where she conducted government assignments.
