Navigate to the app you want to subscribe to from your dashboard. Click the "Subscribe" button and you'll be redirected to our secure checkout powered by Stripe. After completing payment, you'll get immediate access to the app.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment processor Stripe. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
Go to Dashboard → Billing & Usage. You'll see a list of all your invoices with a "Download PDF" button next to each one. Invoices are also automatically emailed to you when generated.
Go to Dashboard → Billing & Usage and click "Manage Subscription". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us at info@conshultocracy.com within 14 days of your subscription and we'll review your request.
Each app tracks usage events (e.g., screenings in Varsel). You can view your current usage and limits in Dashboard → Billing & Usage. Usage resets at the start of each billing period.
You'll receive an email notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Once the limit is reached, you'll need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing period for your limit to reset.
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Billing & Usage → Manage Subscription. Upgrades are prorated automatically - you only pay the difference for the remaining time in your billing period.
Absolutely! Each app has its own subscription. You can manage all subscriptions from your dashboard and see consolidated billing information.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, check Dashboard → Billing & Usage to confirm your subscription is active. Contact support if you still have issues.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
Yes! Organization-level subscriptions support multiple users. Go to Dashboard → Admin → Users to invite team members. Each user needs their own account but shares your subscription.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Data. You can request a full export of your data in JSON format, including all screenings, usage history, and invoices.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & Data and click "Request Account Deletion". You must cancel all active subscriptions first. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
While we don't have a native mobile app yet, our platform is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can also "Add to Home Screen" on iOS/Android for an app-like experience.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted in our Supabase database. We never share your data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe).
Yes. We comply with GDPR and provide tools for data export, deletion, and access control. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
All data is stored in EU-based servers (Supabase, Frankfurt region) to comply with European data protection regulations.
